How we’ve worked with them

Our work with Jenkinsons spans brand evolution, digital experience and operational optimisation. We began by evolving their brand identity, refining the existing look and feel to better reflect their wedding‑led offering. This included exploratory design, a refined typographic system and a full brand guidelines and logo toolkit, creating a consistent identity across physical and digital touchpoints. Building on this foundation, we designed and built the Jenkinsons website, ensuring it clearly communicated their heritage, service quality and wedding expertise while supporting a seamless user journey for couples and venue partners. Alongside this, we developed a bespoke internal portal to support operational workflows, helping the team manage enquiries, bookings and key planning stages more efficiently. To further enhance the customer experience, we delivered a fully automated Klaviyo setup to support Jenkinsons’ detailed wedding planning journey. By mapping key operational moments – from enquiries and tastings to payments and post‑event follow‑ups — we built 42 automated flows and over 150 emails, reducing manual workload and ensuring couples receive clear, timely communication at every stage. The result is a cohesive brand, a robust digital platform and a scalable communication system that together support exceptional service delivery and long‑term growth.
