Timber Art Design came to Verve™ as an established UK-based B2B furniture manufacturer with a strong reputation for producing handcrafted timber pieces for commercial interiors. With sustainability and British craftsmanship at the core of their brand, they had built a loyal trade customer base but lacked a modern eCommerce platform that reflected the quality of their work. As demand for easier online ordering increased, they identified the opportunity to create a digital experience that would both showcase their collections and streamline trade purchasing. Their goal was to give architects, designers and trade buyers a simple, professional platform where they could explore ranges and order with confidence.

How we’ve worked with them

We designed and developed a new Magento 2 eCommerce website that would support their B2B trade model while presenting their products in a clean, conversion-focused way. The platform allows Timber Art Design to manage customer groups, trade pricing and tiered discounts, while providing trade customers with secure logins to view prices, access product information and place orders easily. The result is a simple, elegant website and powerful customer portal that showcases their collections while making trade ordering far more efficient.
