The platform connects drivers who need servicing, repairs or MOTs with trusted independent local garages, all in one easy‑to‑use place. Built with both drivers and garages in mind, Garage Finder focuses on transparency, convenience and choice, helping drivers book with confidence while enabling garages to connect with customers who are ready to take action. At its core, the platform exists to remove friction from an industry that has traditionally been complex, time‑consuming and unclear.

Car maintenance is an industry where trust is often low and confusion is high. The primary objective was to build a brand that removed anxiety from the car‑care process and positioned Garage Finder as a reliable, transparent alternative to traditional booking methods. The brand needed to clearly explain what the platform does, why it exists and how it benefits both sides of the marketplace. It also needed to feel modern, digital‑first and scalable, providing a strong foundation for future growth, user acquisition and feature development.

We began by immersing ourselves in the Garage Finder platform, its purpose and its audiences. Through discovery sessions and platform review, we explored the real frustrations faced by drivers booking car care and independent garages trying to attract booking‑ready customers. 2. Audience & dual‑market understanding
Garage Finder serves two distinct audiences with very different needs. We analysed both sides of the marketplace – drivers seeking clarity and reassurance, and garages seeking credibility and visibility. This dual‑audience understanding was critical in shaping a brand that could speak clearly to both without diluting its message.
3. Brand strategy & positioning
Using insight from discovery, we defined Garage Finder’s brand foundations, including its purpose, positioning and core messaging. The strategy focused on transparency, control and simplicity, positioning Garage Finder as a trusted intermediary that removes friction from car maintenance rather than adding another layer of complexity.
4. Creative direction
We translated the strategy into a clear creative direction, defining how the brand should look and feel across digital touchpoints. The emphasis was on clarity over cleverness, ensuring the brand felt modern, calm and approachable, while avoiding the cold or overly corporate tone common in comparison platforms.
5. Visual identity development
Our designers developed a visual identity system that supports ease of use and instant understanding. Typography, colour and layout choices were made to reinforce trust, usability and confidence, ensuring the brand feels intuitive and familiar from the first interaction.
