We began by reviewing Style Coaching Institute’s full lead journey – from initial sign‑up through free resources, education and consideration, to eventual course enrolment. Rather than focusing on short‑term sales campaigns, we defined the moments where prospects needed the most guidance, reassurance and clarity. This allowed us to create a clear automation strategy centred on trust‑building, value delivery and long‑term conversion.
2. Funnel & nurture journey design
We mapped the lead lifecycle from low‑intent curiosity to enrolment‑ready decision‑making.
