We are equally at home designing catalogues for print as we are building large, high turnover, eCommerce sites. We specialise in servicing businesses looking to maximise their potential. We operate from our offices in Shrewsbury and are considered one of the premium digital agencies in the area.

The role:

We are seeking a full time Account & Project Manager to support our busy design, development & digital marketing team in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

You will primarily be responsible for the managing of a number of projects and liaising between our studio team & clients. You will be expected to take briefs from the client and provide instructions to the team on what is required from them on each project, then oversee and facilitate successful completion of each project within the agreed budget.

You will be responsible for the planning of the project from creation to completion as well as determining when external resource might be required. You will also be responsible for checking the work completed before handing back to the client, as part of our quality control process.

The role is a pro-active role and you would be able to add value to our customers projects and accounts by suggesting improvements to their online presence and performance.

You will also be assisting with incoming calls, meeting and greeting our clients, and supporting with the day to day scheduling of the production studio. This is a great opportunity for a polite, highly organised and enthusiastic individual to make a significant impact on our business.

The ideal candidate will preferably have at least two years’ experience in an agency environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Project management of a number of accounts, working closely with the Managing Director, Technical Director, Design Team & the Development Team
• Assisting with the schedule for our development team to ensure management of deadlines
• Assisting incoming calls & meeting and greeting visitors
• Liaising with individuals and departments at all levels

About you:

• Highly organised with a flexible approach as priorities change and able to work to your own initiative and within a team
• You will have experience of managing projects and have a proven track record
• You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• You will have at least two years’ experience of working in the industry
• You will have a good understanding of WordPress & Magento and be familiar with the processes involved in building a website and in particular eCommerce
• You will be a polite and outgoing person with excellent telephone manner
• Offer a proactive and invaluable support in a busy office environment
• Good communicator
• A keen eye for detail
• Team worker
• Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Commercial awareness

Salary:

Circa 23k – 30k depending on experience. Salary is negotiable.

Hours:

Full time. Role will be initially office based but there is opportunity for the role to become hybrid should this be of interest.
